Terms & Conditions

The following conditions apply to all tours, unless otherwise stated, at the end of that particular itinerary.

Hotels: Accommodation in double, twin, triple, or quadro rooms with bath or shower, single rooms are available with single supplement.

Meals: All programs are based on BB basis (Bed & Breakfast) for individuals and on HB basis (Breakfast & Dinner) for Groups in Israel, Jordan & Sinai. Unless otherwise stated. In Egypt & Syria all programs are based on BB basis (Bed & Breakfast) unless stated otherwise. Daily lunches en route can be arranged upon request.

Transport: All tours and transfers are operated in air-conditioned / heated coaches.

All programs include the meet and assist from & to the port of entry & departure. Special arrangements can be done to meet and assist the groups and individuals at the passport desk at an extra cost.

Sightseeing: All tours are based on the itinerary, any special tour can be arranged upon request.

Our suggested programs are just samples, and we would be very happy to get your input about them and we are open to any suggestion that may appeal better to your needs and according to your best wishes.

Guides: All our guides are university degrees. And they are all in full command of the different languages that they speak. All our guides are licensed by the ministry of Tourism and all have completed a course of 2 years. Our guides speak all the major spoken languages.

Taxes: As imposed by the local authorities, taxes are not included on standard services , and can be upon request.

Not Included: Air transportation, port taxes, passport and visa fees, personal expenses & tips to guides, drivers and hotel staff.

Cancellations: All cancellations for groups and individuals should reach our office at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival. Otherwise a cancellation fees will be liable. Please check our tariffs.

Payment: Full prepayment is required for groups and individuals 1 month prior to the arrival date. A Down payment is necessary to hold the rooms confirmed. Any reservation that is not supported with a payment will be considered as an offer proposal and will not be effective. Payments can be done either by a bank transfer of by Credit cards.

Reservations & Confirmations: To enable us handle your requirements efficiently, complete details are necessary, such as complete flight schedule, name of hotel preferred, number of passengers and name list whenever available should be sent to us in time.

Confirmations: Normally confirmations, suggestions and tour planning are e-mailed / faxed within 72 hours after receipt of the request.

Quotations: All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD $) unless otherwise stated.
